Our famous Hamburger Press creates uniform patties of ground meat or veggie burger ingredients that stay intact and cook more evenly.

The stacking seal of the Hamburger Keepers makes them the ideal containers for freezing portions of ground meat that will thaw quickly when needed.

Set includes one press, one molding ring, four stack-seal keepers, and one top seal.

TIPS

• Too many patties and not enough Keepers? Chill them, then transfer them to with parchment paper between patties to prevent sticking while freezing.

• Overabundance of homegrown zucchini? Grate some, measure 1-cup portions, and use Hamburger Press to make patties for freezing. Then any time through the off-season, grab a frozen patty of zucchini shreds to add to soups or stews, or thaw a couple to make zucchini bread. They're already measured so no guesswork!
